Don't worry; we've ensured our unit is 'WFH friendly' by providing a mobile desk, WI-FI with 1 GIG speed, and unlimited internet data.

Wash off the day in our upscale bathroom featuring Granite Countertops, Porcelain Tile Flooring, Pristine White Towels, and a huge bathtub/shower combo. Complete your spa-like experience by using the soft robe to roam about as you please.

When sleep finally calls, drift away in our plush, Queen-sized Memory Foam bed. Don't forget to set your alarm, as the blackout curtains perfectly block the morning sun! Staying more than a few days? No worries! Our property anticipates your needs and provides ample closet space and a complimentary washer and dryer.

Since our unit is centrally located, we encourage driving the 3 minutes to visit Downtown Frisco; 5 minutes to The Star, and 11 minutes to Stonebriar Mall.

We recognize that travel plans and work commitments may necessitate unexpected adjustments. As a gesture of goodwill, Safe Cozy Spaces extends the offer to refund 50% of any unused nightly charges, excluding cleaning  fees, upon presentation of documentation indicating an abbreviated assignment.

ALL PLEASE NOTE:

- Guests are required to complete a Pre-Arrival Checklist, which includes a virtual ID check. We operate through a Virtual Front Desk, and self-check-in is entirely contactless. We'll send you instructions on accessing your unit before you arrive. Questions? Contact us 24/7.

- One garage unit is provided. Additional complimentary parking is available on-site on a first-come, first-served basis. There is also street parking near our unit if you are traveling with more than one vehicle.

- This property does not have an elevator or luggage storage.

- No pets allowed.
